Job Summary:
We are seeking an HVAC Service Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in management and logistics, ensuring the smooth coordination of services.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule service calls for technicians
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide service updates
- Utilize fleet management software to track technician locations and job status
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Use phone etiquette to handle incoming service requests promptly
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize service routes
Qualifications:
- Experience with HVAC equipment, systems, materials, etc.
- Prior experience in service or logistics is preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and other softwares
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of fleet management principles is beneficial
