Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Pre-K and possess a strong background in early childhood education, including special education. Candidate must have good classroom management skills, knowledge of child development, experience writing progress reports, knowledge of the Creative Curriculum, UPK, and the ability to work well with other teachers/families. Must be fun and engaging!
Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for young children
- Develop and implement educational programs that support the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child
- Create engaging lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs
- Conduct assessments to monitor children's progress and identify areas for growth
- Implement early intervention strategies for children with special needs
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages creativity, curiosity, and respect
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $65,644.00 - $77,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
