The Role:
We are looking for a Club Operations Associate to own the day-to-day experience at our facility.
This is not just a "sit behind the desk" role. We are looking for a Specialist—someone who understands the rhythm of racquet sports, loves the challenge of building a sports community, and takes pride in running a flawless operation. You will be the "heartbeat" of the club, connecting players, driving memberships, and ensuring every person who walks through our doors becomes a lifelong fan of the game.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Community Engagement: Be the "Super-Connector." You’ll manage player group chats, facilitate match-making, and ensure our courts are buzzing with activity.
- Lead Programming & Leagues: Assist in coordinating tournaments, social nights, and recreational leagues. You’ll help turn a quiet Tuesday night into a packed club event.
- Growth & Membership: Actively identify "power users" and convert guest players into club members by sharing the value of the Park Padel community.
- Operational Excellence: Own the facility. From mastering our booking software to ensuring the lounge and courts are "tour-ready," you keep the engine running smoothly.
- Hospitality First: Deliver a premium, welcoming experience that makes members feel like they are part of an exclusive yet inclusive club.
Who You Are
- An Industry Pro: You have 2+ years of experience in sports clubs, racquet facilities (Tennis/Pickleball/Padel), boutique fitness, or high-end hospitality.
- A "Do-er": You don’t wait for a to-do list. You see a gap in the schedule or a smudge on the glass and you take care of it.
- A Natural Connector: You are comfortable jumping into a WhatsApp group of 200 players to find a "fourth" for a match or pitching a membership to a new guest.
- Reliable & Honest: You have a rock-solid work ethic and value integrity in everything you do.
- Flexible: You thrive in the energy of evenings and weekends when the club is at its peak.
