Work on Advanced Technology – Hands-On Inspection Role
We’re hiring Quality Inspectors / Quality Control Inspectors / QA Technicians to support the inspection of advanced electrical and mechanical assemblies. This role is ideal for candidates with manufacturing quality experience who enjoy working hands-on with precision tools, drawings, and processes. You’ll play a key role in ensuring products meet strict quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.
What You’ll Do

Perform in-process and final inspections on mechanical and electrical assemblies

Use precision tools such as calipers, gauges, and measurement equipment

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and CAD models
-
Identify and document non-conformances and quality issues
-
Support root cause analysis and corrective action processes
-
Work cross-functionally with engineering, production, and quality teams
-
Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures (ISO/AS)

Track and document inspection results and quality data
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have:
-
2+ years of quality control or inspection experience in manufacturing
-
Experience using inspection tools (calipers, gauges, etc.)

Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to document findings
-
Comfortable standing for extended periods and working overtime
Preferred:
-
4+ years of inspection experience

Experience with AS9100, ISO 9001, or similar quality systems

Experience with root cause analysis or corrective action processes

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
