Job Summary
Delaney and Company is looking for an experienced Office Manager who is proactive and not afraid to aggressively manage a busy office. The successful candidate will have a strong working knowledge of best practices in business management, front office administration experience, and knowledge of accounting procedures/QuickBooks is essential. Real Estate knowledge is preferred but not a requirement. He/She must also have leadership qualities and be able to successfully maintain client and tenant relationships.

- Helping Manage Properties
- Miscellaneous office/personal needs as requested
Skills
- Montana Real Estate License preferred but not required
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software for bookkeeping purposes
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing customer support
- Proven office management experience with a focus on clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading, and calendar management
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
