Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Identify cleaning projects and recommend these tasks to staff during slow periods.

Supply clean dishes, glassware, silverware and equipment.

Stock and requisition cleaning supplies as needed.

Clean floors in work areas and frequently check floors in bars for spills.

Assist with inventory of china, flatware and glassware.

Perform pest control procedures in all kitchens.

Clean and store kitchen equipment.

Keep trash compactor area clean.

Dispose of garbage.

Report equipment failures to supervisor, before initiating a work order.

Report unsafe conditions to supervisor immediately.

Comply with all Pebble Beach Company safety and health policies and procedures.
Absolutely Required Skills
-
One year kitchen, cleaning or dishwashing experience. Knowledge of sanitation.
- Ability to understand directions and communicate clearly with supervisor and co-workers.

Must be able to lift and move heavy stock.
