A successful industrial development company https://pnk.group , operational since 2019, consisting of 300 employees, renowned for constructing high-quality industrial buildings, is seeking an experienced Foreman/Construction Supervisor to lead our construction projects from start to finish.
Position Summary:
The Supervisor will be responsible for leading effective on-site operations at the construction site on a day-to-day basis, ensuring quality standards, safety and security on the site with the help of their team and external vendors and sub-contractors.
***For out of state candidates (and candidates located more than 2 hours from our job sites in PA/GA - housing is provided).***
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborates with engineers, subcontractors, etc. to determine project needs.
2. Ensures compliance with safety, health and cleanliness requirements in accordance with OSHA standards.
3. Ensures the site is fully equipped with all materials within the approved budget.
4. Provides all necessary resources to team leaders and subcontractors and ensures high team performance.
5. Monitors and ensures progress, resolves issues.
6. Prepares daily reports.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction in the USA
2. Knowledge of local quality, safety, and health guidelines for construction job sites
3. Proactivity, organizational and time-management skills
4. Driver's License
5. Proficiency in Russian language is required

Compensation:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $84,000 base salary to start, increasing to $100,000 after 1-4 months probationary period
Benefits:
