Duties
- Deboning Chicken Thighs
- Assist with food preparation, frying and grilling hawaiian dishes and ensuring all dishes meet quality standards
- Prepare food items using proper cooking techniques, including cutting, chopping, and mixing.
- Handle food safely by following strict protocols and proper food handling procedures
- Serve meals to customers in a courteous and efficient manner
- Support catering events by preparing and presenting food items with attention to detail
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas to uphold health standards
- Follow all safety regulations related to food industry practices and kitchen operations
Skills
- Previous experience in prepping, grilling and frying preferred
- Excellent knife skills and ability to handle various kitchen tools safely
- Experience in food service, restaurant, or catering environments is highly desirable
- Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills for collaborating with team members and serving customers effectively
