Experience Required
Previous General Manager experience in an upscale casual or fine dining restaurant, private club, country club, hotel, or resort is required.

Your Role
You'll lead this restaurant as if it were your own—taking pride in every detail, every guest experience, and every opportunity to make your team stronger.
As General Manager, you'll set the standard for everything that happens inside the restaurant.

You'll recruit exceptional people, develop future leaders, partner with your Executive Chef, and create an environment where residents love to dine and employees are proud to work.

Responsibilities
· Recruit, coach, inspire, and develop an exceptional team.
· Lead the front-of-house through positive, hands-on leadership.
· Collaborate with the Executive Chef to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
· Develop lasting relationships with residents and guests.
· Maintain exceptional standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and professionalism.
· Drive financial performance without compromising the guest experience.
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking an experienced hospitality leader with a proven ability to build high-performing teams, develop future leaders, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
We're looking for someone who communicates with confidence, remains calm under pressure, solves problems proactively, and genuinely enjoys developing people.
Strong financial acumen, scheduling, hiring, inventory management, budgeting, cost controls, and POS experience are essential.
ServSafe Certification and beverage knowledge are required.
