Job Title: Expeditor/Food Runner Reports to: Dining Room Manager
Location: The Union League Golf Club at Torresdale
Description:
We are looking for an expeditor and food runner to support our serving staff and set up/break down our kitchen. Responsibilities include organizing and prepping station for service, organization of tickets and expo line, running and serving plates, and assisting in clearing tables. If you enjoy a fast-paced level of working environment and want to develop your career in dining, we would love to meet you.
To summarize, you will ensure our daily flow of service runs smoothly and our members have a pleasant, seamless dining experience.
Responsibilities:
Prepare expo line and products before serviceKeeping an organized stationAbility to clearly read and maintain the ticket board and monitor table serviceAbility to carry trays up stairsRun food to tables and communicate with members about the foodMaintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas
Compensation:
