Now Hiring- PCA’s (Personal Care Assistant’s) for our West St. Cloud location.
Wage $16 - $18 depending on experience
Open Positions:
- Part-Time Evening Shift- 2:00pm to 10:30pm
- Full-Time/ Part Time & Casual Shifts Available
The PCA Position will be responsible for performing a variety of duties for a group of 20 residents, while complying with state rules and regulations.
RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Maintain a clean environment for clients. Dust, vacuum, mop, shampoo carpet and other household chores as scheduled and assigned.
- Prepare meals and serve meals as directed and following Food Safety guidelines.
- Leads and/or participates in Resident activities, promoting healthy minds, spirits and body.
- Resident ADL's
Qualifications:
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Ability to work well in teams
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Prior caregiving experience, desired
- Must have current proof of first aid and CPR certification within 90 days of hire
