Endodontist Opportunity – Traveling Role | Passion Dental
Passion Dental is seeking a skilled and highly motivated Endodontist to join our growing specialty network in Massachusetts and Connecticut. This is a unique traveling Endodontist opportunity supporting our larger, high-volume practices across Western MA, Central MA, and Western CT.
We are looking for a confident clinician who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality endodontic care.
Compensation Structure:

Independent Contractor (IC) role.

47% of production up to $6,500/day.

52% of production over $6,500/day.
-
Daily production goal: $8,000+.
Practice Setup & Support:

Expected volume: 6–8 cases per day (no consults required).

Structured referral guidelines to streamline case flow.
We provide:

Consumables.

Gutta percha.
-
WaveOne system.
Provider supplies:

Personal microscope.
-
Files.
Patient Mix:
-
PPO and insurance-based patient base.
-
Consistent referrals from internal doctors.

No need for initial consults – efficient treatment scheduling.
What We’re Looking For:

Strong clinical and diagnostic skills in endodontics.

Excellent communication and chairside manner.

Ability to build trust and long-term patient relationships.

Comfortable working across multiple locations.
