Our client in Marlborough, CT, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join their team!
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing environment and be comfortable cutting, trimming, and fabricating plastic materials and guards to meet quality standards.
Machine Operator – Plastic Manufacturing
Location: Marlborough, CT
Pay: $18/hr
Shift: 1st Shift
Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery used in the production of plastic products
- Cut and trim plastic guards and other plastic components to specifications
- Measure and inspect products for quality and accuracy
- Read and follow work instructions and production schedules
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist with other manufacturing duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience cutting, trimming, or fabricating plastic materials is a plus
- Ability to use measuring tools and follow specifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
