Mental Health Worker
The Family Based Mental Health Program at the Children's Aid Society of Mercer County is seeking a full-time Mental Health Worker. This role provides direct in-home mental health services through an intensive, team-based therapy model. Working with a partner, the Mental Health Worker helps develop and carry out treatment plans that support children at risk of out-of-home placement across multiple areas of need. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in psychology, Social Work, Education, Human Services, or a related field, plus one year of direct service experience in a role aligned with the core principles of Pennsylvania’s Child and Adolescent Service System Program.
