Duties
- Prepare ingredients by chopping, slicing, and portioning to support the kitchen’s daily operations

- Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including equipment and storage areas
- Support catering events or special functions with food prep and cooking tasks
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during busy service periods
Requirements
- Experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service environments, preferably within restaurants or catering settings
- Strong knife skills and familiarity with basic culinary techniques
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is a plus but not required
