We are looking for an energetic and passionate part time baker to join our team at our original White Lotus Farms location!
Shift is very early mornings so a willingness for this is a must.
You will help us produce bread and croissants fresh for our farmers market locations.
Main jobs responsibilities would include:
—Baking hundreds of loaves of bread in our stone deck oven
—Mixing doughs
—Hand shaping breads
—Helping to proof and bake croissants
—Helping to cut and fry croissant donuts
—Packaging bread and croissants to send to our farmers markets
We are looking for someone that works well in a fast paced environment. Has a strong sense of urgency but also stays organized and can communicate well with others as part of a team.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
