Overview:
Preferred Family Medicine, a well-established concierge Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice, is seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to join our dedicated team in Reno, NV. This full-time opportunity offers a turnkey outpatient panel, competitive compensation, and a rewarding practice model focused on patient relationships rather than volume metrics.
Position Highlights:
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages, including women’s health and pediatrics
- Manage a schedule of 8-10 patients per day to ensure high-quality, personalized care
- 4½-day workweek with protected administrative time
- 100% outpatient role — no inpatient or ER responsibilities
- Participate in shared vacation call coverage with fellow associates
- Access to in-house pharmacy, lab, and optometry services
Compensation & Benefits:

Qualifications:
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine
- Skilled in comprehensive family care, including women’s health and pediatrics
