Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Landscape Installation Foreman to lead and oversee outdoor landscaping projects from start to finish. In this role, you will coordinate crews, ensure quality workmanship, and deliver exceptional landscape installations that enhance our clients’ outdoor spaces. Your leadership will drive project efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction, making a lasting impact on every project you manage. I am looking for someone to grow with us as a company, I am trying to expand further into residential and commercial installations.
Duties
- Supervise and direct landscape installation crews to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and project managers to meet project specifications and deadlines
- Oversee the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and irrigation systems
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies
- Manage on-site operations including equipment use, material handling, and site cleanup
- Conduct quality control inspections throughout each phase of installation
- Provide mentorship and training to team members in landscaping techniques, safety procedures, and best practices
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in landscape installation or related construction fields
- Strong knowledge of landscaping, gardening, horticulture, lawn care, tree care, and irrigation systems
- Hands-on experience with landscape maintenance and gardening techniques
- Familiarity with construction processes and project management principles
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate a team effectively
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to construction sites and outdoor work environments
- Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and adapt to changing project needs
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
