Required for Success in This Role
- Comfortable speaking, reading, and understanding English
- Able to communicate professionally with English-speaking clients, teammates, and management
- Able to read schedules, cleaning instructions, and company communications in English
- Enjoys working independently while maintaining high standards

What You'll Do
- Perform detailed residential cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, and sanitizing
- Create clean, comfortable, and welcoming homes for clients
- Handle client belongings with care and respect
- Communicate professionally with clients and management when needed
- Maintain high quality standards in every home
- Represent BritLin Cleaning with professionalism and integrity
Requirements
- Residential cleaning, housekeeping, hotel housekeeping, hospitality, caregiving, or customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable personal vehicle with active insurance
- Valid driver's license
- Smartphone with GPS and active phone service
- Ability to perform physical work including standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive cleaning tasks
