About us
We’re a growing, founder-led group of aesthetic and surgical businesses — a busy plastic surgery practice, a surgery center, a med spa, and a skincare e-commerce brand with its own warehouse. As we scale, we’re hiring our first dedicated Operations Manager to run day-to-day operations across all four, so our clinical and patient teams can focus entirely on patients.
What you’ll do
- Operations across all four arms — workflows, systems, facilities, vendors, equipment, and supplies for the practice, surgery center, med spa, and e-commerce/warehouse.
- Office & surgery-center operations — staffing and schedules, anesthesia and vendor contracts, equipment and maintenance.
- People & HR — hiring, onboarding, employee files, PTO, policies, and the handbook (including warehouse staff).
- Payroll & finance coordination — timecards and payroll with our bookkeeper, expense oversight, invoicing, payment recording, AR, and reconciliation (QuickBooks + payment integrations).
- Credentialing & compliance — provider and staff credentialing, HIPAA program, BAAs, cyber security, and documentation.
- E-commerce & warehouse — fulfillment, inventory, and warehouse staffing for the skincare brand.
- Systems & standardization — build and standardize SOPs across all arms; implement QuickBooks Online, payment tools, and AI/automation.
- Reporting — operational dashboards and regular reporting to ownership.
This is an operations role. Patient consultations and sales are owned by a separate patient-experience team.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years in operations or practice management — multi-site healthcare, aesthetic, surgical, or e-commerce/fulfillment a strong plus.
- Prior experience as a Practice Manager, Practice Administrator, or multi-site Operations Manager in a medical or aesthetic setting is ideal.
- A systems builder, comfortable with EHR, payroll (ADP), QuickBooks, and process documentation.
- A strong people manager with HR, credentialing, and compliance exposure (HIPAA and cyber security a plus).
- Discreet, high-trust, owner mentality; thrives in a fast, founder-led environment.
First 90 days
- 30 days: absorb handover; map current operations across all four arms.
- 60 days: own operations across the arms; stand up standardized SOPs and a reporting cadence.
- 90 days: standardized operations and reporting live; med spa and e-commerce operations running smoothly.

Pay: $83,237.36 - $89,805.87 per year
