Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring accuracy and organization
- Assist with order entry and processing
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Assist with office management tasks such as supply inventory and maintenance coordination
- Act as a personal assistant to executives as needed
Skills:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial record keeping and invoicing
- Experience with order entry systems for efficient processing of customer orders
- Strong file management skills to maintain organized records
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills for maintaining accurate records
- Comfortable working with computerized systems for various administrative tasks
- Strong administrative skills to support office operations effectively
- Experience as a dental receptionist is a plus
