Harness Assembly: Fabricate and test durable, highquality wiring harnesses to meet Van’s Aircraft standards.

Documentation and Standards: Interpret technical documents, including wiring diagrams, schematics, and assembly instructions to create flawless assemblies.

Electrical Testing: Perform precise electrical checkouts using custom test setups and offtheshelf equipment.

Collaborative Innovation: Work closely with production engineers to develop, document, and implement new processes for harness assembly.

Tool Proficiency: Use mechanical tools, precision instruments, and hand tools to fabricate wire harnesses with accuracy and efficiency.

Quality Control: Ensure compliance with industry standards for all harness assemblies and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing and assembly methods.

Inventory Management: Assist with tracking and managing materials and components to ensure production deadlines are met.

ProblemSolving: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with wire harnesses, making adjustments to improve overall functionality and safety.

High school diploma or equivalency certificate

1+ years of experience fabricating or inspecting wire harnesses
