Salary: $70,000 - $95,000 per year

Own project accounting from setup through closeout, including job costing, budget tracking and cost to complete
Prepare owner billings and pay applications, and stay on top of collections and project cash flow
Manage subcontractor billings, retainage, lien waivers and compliance documentation
Build monthly WIP schedules, revenue recognition and project level reporting for leadership
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
Three plus years of accounting experience, construction or project based preferred
Familiarity with AIA style billing, retainage, lien waivers and WIP reporting
Comfort in a construction ERP environment and strong Excel skills
