Avocado Montessori Academy is growing, and we are looking for a passionate Montessori Early Childhood Lead Teacher to join our community.

We are an established Montessori school serving Bellevue and Kirkland families, with a supportive leadership team that truly values classroom culture, teamwork, and teacher well-being.
Qualifications:
- MACTE-accredited Montessori Early Childhood credential
- Minimum 3 years of lead teaching experience in a Montessori classroom
- Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy and classroom practice
- Warm and professional communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with assistants, families, and school leadership
- Bachelor’s degree preferred

Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation for experienced Lead Teachers typically falls within the low-to-mid $30s/hour range, depending on Montessori credentials, classroom experience, and overall fit.
