Las Cumbres Community Services is seeking a Santuario del Corazón (SDC) Program Manager to provide leadership and program oversight for culturally responsive, trauma-informed services supporting immigrant and refugee children, families, and caregivers across Santa Fe, Rio Arriba, and Taos Counties.
The SDC Program Manager supervises Family Navigators and oversees direct service delivery, staff development, community outreach, health and wellness programming, grant deliverables, data reporting, and program development. This position works closely with community partners to strengthen access to essential resources, including housing, food, legal services, health care, child care, transportation, interpretation/translation services, and other supports.
Supervise, support, and develop SDC Family Navigators across multiple counties.
Oversee culturally responsive and trauma-informed family navigation services.
Provide direct navigation and crisis support for complex cases as needed.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with organizations serving immigrant and refugee communities.
Coordinate health classes, wellness activities, support groups, and client drop-in activities at the LCCS Welcome Center.
Support staff recruitment, hiring, orientation, training, and performance management.
Monitor program documentation, case files, service data, and required reporting.
Assist with grant proposals, grant reporting, program budgets, and achievement of program outcomes and deliverables.
Ensure compliance with confidentiality, documentation, safety, and agency standards.
Travel to LCCS locations as needed to support staff and programming.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Health Education, Social Work, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience providing direct services to immigrant populations.
At least 2 years of supervisory or program oversight experience, or equivalent demonstrated capacity for internal candidates.
Strong commitment to improving access to high-quality services for immigrant children and families.
Strong written, verbal, organizational, and leadership skills.
Fully bilingual in Spanish/English and/or Indigenous languages from Mexico, Central America, or South America.
Computer proficiency, including word processing and database management.
Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current vehicle insurance.
Preferred Experience
Experience with immigrant and refugee services and community resources in Santa Fe and Northern New Mexico is highly valued. Lived experience of immigration, training in trauma-informed care and health/wellness programming, and familiarity with the communities served by Las Cumbres Community Services are also preferred.
Schedule & Position
Full-Time | Salaried Exempt | 36–40 Hours per Week
Some evening and weekend availability is required. The position supports programming across Santa Fe, Rio Arriba, and Taos Counties and requires travel as needed.
