We serve Authentic Italian Cuisine in a warm & friendly atmosphere. We're looking for a Pizzaiolo, with a passion for great service & a positive attitude, to join the Bosfa Team.
Position: Pizzaiolo
Hours: Friday & Saturday 4pm to 10pm
Pay: $25/hour
Qualifications & Responsibilities
- A love of great pizza!
- A positive attitude & willingness to be a team player
- 2+ years experience pizza making in a professional pizzeria & a good understanding of all areas of pizza preparation (inc. dough portioning, toppings & pizza cooking)
- Able to manage making pizza, salads & sandwiches at the pizza station
- Passion for food & desire to learn
- Able to stand for extended periods of time & work near heat of Pizza oven
- Maintain an excellent standard of cleanliness at the Pizza station
- Reliably commute to the restaurant location & be punctual
- Flexible availability
- English & Spanish language ability – dual language capability is desirable but not a requirement
