For more than 40 years, utiliVisor has partnered with building owners, portfolio managers, and facility directors nationwide to simplify utility management and improve building performance.
What You’ll Do
After completing training, you will:
- Analyze energy consumption and submetering data to identify trends, irregularities, and opportunities for improvement
- Prepare detailed billing and reporting packages for clients
- Verify utility bills and submetering data to ensure accurate billing and compliance with lease agreements and utility rates
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and data exceptions
- Collaborate with Operations Center team members, property managers, building owners, and tenants
- Deliver responsive, professional client support and maintain strong client relationships
- Help clients better understand their energy usage and utility costs
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
Nice to Have
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, or billing processes
- Interest in energy management, sustainability, or commercial real estate operations

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
