We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable representative.

Responsibilities:
Process incoming payments accurately and efficiently, applying them to the appropriate customer accounts.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely payment.
- Reconcile discrepancies between invoiced amounts and payments received.
- Generate and distribute customer statements and invoices as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues and discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communication related to accounts receivable.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively persuade customers to pay outstanding invoices.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
