Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of construction sites, including loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to support various construction activities
- Support concrete-related tasks such as mixing, pouring, finishing, cutting, and formwork construction
- Install rebar, metal studs, framing, and perform masonry or stucco work as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of plans
- Follow all safety protocols related to construction workplace safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment for all team members
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks required for renovation, restoration, roofing, or flooring projects
Requirements
- Prior experience working on construction sites or in related trades such as carpentry, masonry, or roofing is preferred but not mandatory—training will be provided
- Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction estimating are advantageous
- Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, concrete mixers, concrete pumps, and other construction equipment
- Knowledge of concrete forming, finishing techniques, rebar installation, concrete cutting, and pouring processes
- Understanding of construction safety regulations and the importance of adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks consistently throughout the workday
- Valid driver’s license for commercial driving or operating heavy equipment is a plus but not required
- Strong teamwork ethic with excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively on diverse projects

Pay: $23.63 - $28.46 per hour
