We're looking for someone who wants to stay. This isn't a stopgap job — it's a steady, ongoing role for someone who values routine, shows up reliably, and genuinely enjoys building real relationships with the kids and families in our program over time.
As our Coach, you'll lead engaging, age-appropriate activities for our preschool program on Thursdays from 8:15 AM – 11:15 AM (zip code 80238) and our Saturday program from 8:30 AM – 11:20 AM (zip code 80019), helping create a fun, safe, and consistent experience for the children in our care. You'll be working with children ages 1 to 7, so you should be comfortable and confident engaging with young kids across a range of developmental stages. Each week, you'll learn and prepare new curriculum to lead engaging, age-appropriate sessions. You'll supervise children throughout each session, set up and clean up activity spaces and materials, and communicate with parents or guardians as needed. You'll also work closely with a small, supportive team where your consistency and presence genuinely matter.
This role is a great fit whether you're a stay-at-home parent looking for a few meaningful hours a week, someone with a full-time job wanting light and rewarding hours on the side, a retired teacher who misses working with kids, or anyone seeking steady, low-stress part-time work they can commit to long-term.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. No prior experience is required — full paid training is provided from day one. What matters most is reliability, patience, comfort working with small children, willingness to learn new curriculum weekly, and a genuine interest in sticking with this role for the long haul, not just a few weeks.
We're building this program around consistency and trust — for the kids, the families, and our team. If that's what you're looking for too, we'd love to hear from you.
