LifeSpring Community has provided senior care services and support for Middle Georgians since 1939. We are a 75 bed skilled nursing facility and short term rehab as well as a 22 bed memory care facility.
We are seeking an Environmental Services Director to join our team!
Shift:
Full Time; Monday- Friday with a rotating weekend on call schedule
Responsibilities:
- Housekeeping Supervisor: Maintain Housekeeping schedule, assign duties and supervise Housekeeping staff, Complete environmental audits, Assist with cleaning when housekeeping staff is out
- Emergency Preparedness Manger: Maintain EP records, conduct monthly fire drills and other drills with Administrator, Complete monthly audits of fire extinguishers, exit signs, alarms, etc..
- Daily Building Maintenance: Address daily requested issues, daily landscape sweep of the grounds, assist with the building issues
- Painting and repairs
- Set up/ tear down special events
- Cleaning/ Maintenance of ventilation systems
- Quarterly wheelchair wash/ maintenance
- Maintain bed inventory/ repairs
- Assist residents families with move in/out
- Stock supplies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping, maintenance
- Previous experience in a Healthcare setting is preferred but not required
- Prior managerial experience is preferred but not required
- Must be able to pass background check & drug screen
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37,500.00 - $41,600.00 per year
