Director of Clinical Services - Willow Crest Hospital

The Director of Clinical Services oversees the Clinical Therapy team, Discharge Planner, and Group Therapy Supervisor, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality therapeutic services. This role is responsible for coordinating care, maintaining clinical accountability, and maximizing available resources to support optimal patient outcomes.
Willow Crest Hospital is a behavioral health facility in Miami, Oklahoma, providing inpatient psychiatric and residential treatment services for children and adolescents. The hospital offers compassionate, evidence-based care focused on crisis stabilization, emotional wellness, trauma recovery, and long-term behavioral health support in a structured therapeutic environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
Graduation from an accredited University or College with a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling. Must possess and maintain an active LCSW license from the State of Oklahoma. Five years of experience in providing treatment services to patients including individual, group and family therapy.
Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
