Advanced Dermatology is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated nursing leader to oversee clinical operations in a fast-paced, patient-centered dermatology practice.
We are a privately owned, family-oriented practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care while fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support clinical staff
- Assist with training new employees
- Conduct staff evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development
- Monitor patient flow and clinical efficiency
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with office policies
- Oversee clinical procedures, specimen handling, and infection control practices
- Manage clinical inventory and equipment needs
- Assist with patient concerns and clinical problem-solving
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with providers and leadership to improve workflows and patient satisfaction
- Other tasks/ duties assigned by Dr.Kircher and the office manager
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum 1 year of leadership, supervisory, or management experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
Preferred:
- SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
- Dermatology experience
- Experience with biologic medications and prior authorizations
- Surgical dermatology or Mohs experience
- Experience with EZDERM or dermatology-specific EHR systems

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
