About this Position:
Responsible for selling Single Digits, Inc.’s services to buyers in the multifamily housing industry that Single Digits serves which includes upscale Senior Living, Student Housing, and Conventional Apartments. Working as part of a team to drive sales to new multifamily properties using a variety of prospecting and account penetration strategies, developing trusted business relationships with targeted Multifamily decision makers and decision influencers, and implementing effective sales plans to generate new sales revenue. Customizes and delivers sales presentations and proposals to prospective customers, positions Single Digits as a market leader, and closes business to meet/exceed assigned sales objectives.
Job Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Identify new Multifamily sales opportunities through various prospecting and account penetration strategies, including professional introductions, customer referrals, partner relationships, cold calling, etc.
- Develop and maintain trusted business relationships with targeted Multifamily technology buyers and decision influencers.
- Maintain a rhythm of regular communications with decision makers and decision influencers who determine managed service provider relationships and make technology buying decisions.
- Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet/exceed assigned sales objectives.
- Continuously build and maintain a new sales pipeline with enough sales opportunities to consistently meet/exceed assigned sales objectives.
- Customize and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospects that showcase the long-term business value of Single Digits’ products and services.
- Participate and provide leadership in customer requested meetings and calls.
- Accurately document, update, and forecast new sales opportunities by customer decision month, sales revenue, sales stage, and sales forecast status in Salesforce.com.
- Meet or exceed the assigned quota for the territory
- Act as a strong customer advocate with internal Single Digits stakeholder groups.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide input to help identify and develop new product and service opportunities.
- Stay abreast of the competitive Multifamily landscape and associated technologies to help position Single Digits in the marketplace.
- Actively promote and position Single Digits for success in the Multifamily sector.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of formal education and work experience.
Experience:

Minimum 3 year of experience and success as a sales professional.

Experience with executive relationship management and the valued-added sales process.
Licenses, Certifications, and Screenings:

Upon hire, must pass background screen to include employment history, college education, and license/certification verifications, and criminal check.
Knowledge:

Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce.com.

Knowledgeable in Wi-Fi, wireless technologies and solutions, and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).

Demonstrated solid business and financial acumen with an understanding of the economic drivers of multifamily industry.
