Full-Time, Sunday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Grow Op Farms (operating as Phat Panda) is a leading cannabis cultivation and production company based in Spokane Valley, Washington, with additional operations across Washington, California, and Massachusetts. Our IT team keeps the systems, networks, and hardware running smoothly that our production facility depends on every day.
We're looking for an entry-level IT Support Technician to help troubleshoot and maintain the computer network at our Spokane Valley facility. This is a hands-on role covering everything from printer and connectivity issues to running network cable and supporting our security camera systems. It's a great fit for someone early in their IT career who's eager to build real-world network support experience.

- Troubleshoot printer issues across the facility
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues
- Troubleshoot computer application issues
- Run network and low-voltage cable
- Terminate Cat 5e/6 network cable
- Assist with security camera adjustments
- Support special projects and Research & Development initiatives as assigned
- Take on other IT and facility support duties as needed
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Six months of IT support or network administration experience preferred, or equivalent experience
- Working familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet, and internet software; experience with BiotrackTHC or similar tracking software is a plus
- Comfortable walking, standing, reaching, and carrying up to 40 lbs for extended periods, with occasional climbing and crawling
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced setting
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-service mindset
