Compensation:
$90,000 - $110,000 yearly
Responsibilities:-
Draft correspondence, legal pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Preside over paralegals, administrative assistants in connection with keeping track of time records, reviewing client billing, setting up client meetings and completing client projects
- Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings
- Counsel clients by assessing options and determining the best course of action for a successful outcome
- Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions
- Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, visitation rights, spousal support, and adoption cases.

Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies and stay current on evolving laws and regulations.

Draft clear, persuasive legal documents, including pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and court briefs with precision and professionalism.

Represent clients confidently in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings to achieve favorable outcomes.

Draft various legal documents such as contracts, briefs, and settlement agreements.
Qualifications:-
Strong knowledge of legal research programs such as Westlaw and Lexis products is required
- Successful completion of accredited law school with Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree with 2 years of related experience
- Work independently while handling a heavy caseload
- Communication, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and public speaking skills required
- Must be a member of your local bar association - active member preferred
Must be licensed to practice law in Tennessee to be considered for this position.

Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school and admission to the Tennessee Bar.

3+ years of experience in family law, specifically in TN, is required and cannot be negotiated.
