Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, confident, and engaging TikTok Live Stream Host to represent our brand through live shopping events on TikTok Shop. As the face of our brand, you will showcase products, interact with viewers in real time, answer questions, and drive sales through entertaining and informative live streams.
Key Responsibilities
- Host live streaming sessions on TikTok Shop to promote and sell products.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage in an engaging and authentic manner.
- Interact with viewers by answering questions, responding to comments, and encouraging audience participation.
- Build excitement and maintain high viewer engagement throughout each live session.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to prepare live content, promotional campaigns, and product highlights.
- Stay up to date with TikTok trends, platform features, and best practices for live commerce.
- Meet performance goals, including viewer engagement, conversion rate, and sales targets.
- Assist in creating short-form promotional videos when needed.
Qualifications
- English fluency.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable speaking on camera for extended periods.
- Strong sales, customer service, or public speaking abilities.
- Experience with TikTok Live, live commerce, social media content creation, retail sales, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Ability to think quickly and respond professionally during live interactions.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings or weekends as needed.
- Basic understanding of TikTok Shop or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and be at least 18 years old.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $18.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience and performance.
