Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) – Home-Based Afternoon Position
Therapeutic Rebirth Corp. is a Florida Medicaid provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services dedicated to improving the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities through individualized, evidence-based treatment.
We are currently seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to provide clinical services for a single home-based ABA case involving an 8-year-old child in Hialeah, Florida (33015). This position offers a consistent afternoon schedule, a single-client caseload, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working closely with one child and family.
Position Details

- Compensation: $60.00 per hour (flat rate)

Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision to the assigned Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- Ensure treatment programs are implemented with fidelity according to the supervising BCBA's treatment plan.
- Review and analyze behavioral data to support clinical decision-making.
- Update treatment goals, objectives, and behavior intervention strategies as clinically appropriate.
- Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment recommendations.
- Collaborate with the supervising BCBA regarding treatment planning and client progress.
- Conduct caregiver training and parent education as clinically appropriate.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Maintain professional, ethical, and confidential communication with families and members of the interdisciplinary team.
- Ensure compliance with BACB Ethics Code, Florida Medicaid requirements, and Therapeutic Rebirth Corp. policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Active BCaBA certification in good standing.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience providing ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related developmental disabilities.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Strong clinical documentation and behavioral data analysis skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the supervising BCBA.
- Must meet all Florida Medicaid provider requirements.
