The Associate Director Marketing, Neurology is responsible for directing and managing neurology product management operations, with accountability for product packaging, sustainment, and lifecycle management. Develops, tracks, and measures product and sales metrics, including monitoring downstream performance.
Essential Functions and Main Duties
- Ensures productivity and performance of neurology product managers, providing guidance and coaching as needed.
- Develop, implement, measure and update quarterly, an annual Business Plan supporting attainment of sales target, market share growth, and other company objectives (develop meaningful metrics and KPIs, dashboards for business management).
- Utilize sales leadership, corporate account managers, telemarketing, and other company resources to maximize sales, account penetration and market-share growth
- Proficiency in process and quality management.
- Product expertise in EEG/PSG and possesses a broad understanding of the entire NKA product portfolio, with specific knowledge of operations and sustainment knowledge (lifecycle, compatibility, BOM packaging) of products.
- Responsible for alignment of cross functional teams to ensure inventory and operations requirements are met.
- Responsible for evaluating and executing on incremental commercial product changes.
- Evaluates and manages cross functionally to determine replacements, lifecycles, and BOM development/maintenance.
- Resolves escalated issues from customers and internal teams to improve customer experience.
- Responds to complex customer inquiries and solves problems in a professional and effective manner.
- Works with Sales Leadership to determine training objectives for the Hospital AEs and partners with L&D to execute
- Regularly communicate significant customer status changes in writing to appropriate resources, managers, support, and customer service as appropriate

Qualifications
Education / Certification / Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree in business, science or related discipline; relevant education and experience accepted in lieu of degree
- 8+ years of experience in neurology systems required
- 4+ years of Nihon Kohden product experience required
- 5+ years of experience of people management experience, including driving results through others, leading teams or projects, and providing training
- Experience with Salesforce, SAP, SAC, Apollo
- Project management, operations, and process evaluation experience preferred
- Level and compensation depend on location, experience, education and skills

Compensation
The anticipated range for this position is $140,000 to $180,000. Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, experience and location.

Working Conditions
Schedule: The regular hours for this full-time position are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday, unless otherwise stated by the department manager. Holiday, weekend, and evening work hours may be required. Regular hours may vary due to the needs of the organization or department and are subject to change at any time at the Company's discretion.
Physical: Generally, may require some reaching, bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying up to 20 pounds, finger dexterity, repetitive motions, standing, walking, sitting, hearing, visual acuity, color vision. Travel: Approximately 30%
Access to Customer Sites: It is an essential function of this position to perform duties in healthcare facilities, and to achieve the necessary vendor credentialing. As part of this process, it is typically required to provide proof of vaccinations (including for COVID), and related personal medical information, and to comply with other criteria as needed to be able to work at customer sites. Typical vendor credentialing expenses will be paid/reimbursed by the Company.
