Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide prompt, friendly, and professional support.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to products, services, billing, and appointment scheduling using clear communication and active listening.
- Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests or promote new offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently by analyzing issues and offering effective solutions while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Support sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on customer needs and preferences.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer support, client services, call centers or sales environments is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills required.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—are essential for engaging effectively with diverse customers.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry and record keeping.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- Technical proficiency in using CRM systems or similar software is a plus.
- Experience with outbound calling will be beneficial for success in this role.
