The Outside Sales Representative for Buyers Barricades will:
- cold call via in person, email, phone, and social media
- attend company, community, and industry networking events
- collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership on strategies
- bring new and creative ways to increase our customer base
- establish and maintain long-lasting relationships
- maintain industry product knowledge
- provide training on existing and emerging products and technologies
- follow up/follow through on quotes
The Outside Sales Representative for Buyers Barricades must have:
- Time management
- Project Management Familiarity
- Integrity
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Confidence and enthusiasm
- Adaptability and agility
- Knowledge of the region and local industry
- Experience with b2b commerce
- Drive for success
- Solid critical thinking skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of traffic control, safety and/or construction experience
- Microsoft Suite skills
