What You'll Do
- Perform residential home inspections throughout NYC
- Identify and document property conditions using inspection software
- Photograph defects and safety concerns
- Clearly explain findings to clients and real estate professionals
- Deliver a professional and educational inspection experience
Consistent Inspection Volume
Our marketing system and strong real estate partnerships generate a steady flow of inspections. Inspectors perform multiple inspections per week, allowing them to build strong and consistent income.
Income & Benefits
- Average inspection fee: $725
- Typical inspectors perform 6–10 inspections per week
- Expected annual earnings: $90,000 – $150,000+

Requirements
- NYS Home Inspection License (or currently enrolled through Module 4)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work weekdays with some evenings or weekends
- Comfortable climbing ladders and entering attics, roofs, and crawlspaces
