Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Associate to join our warehouse team. We primarily pick and pack food products for the CPG industry, doing DTC shipping and kitting orders for wholseale and B2B orders.
This role is essential in ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders, maintaining efficient warehouse operations, and supporting overall supply chain functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse distribution, order picking, and heavy equipment operation, with a strong focus on safety and accuracy.
Duties
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using warehouse management systems
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, a
- Load and unload shipments efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
- Assist with shipping & receiving processes to ensure proper documentation and inventory control
- Handle materials safely, including heavy lifting
- Maintain organized storage areas
- Support warehouse supervision in managing daily operations and inventory accuracy
Skills
- Proven experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or related fields
- Proficiency with order picker, RF scanner, warehouse management system, pallet jack, forklift,
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in order picking and inventory management
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
