We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Associates to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by performing various tasks related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and equipment operation. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Overview
We are hiring Warehouse associates to support core distribution operations. This role focuses on hands-on warehouse execution, including receiving, order fulfillment, inventory control, and material handling.
Key Responsibilities

Load and unload products from trucks and containers efficiently and safely.

Build and assemble pallets for storage or shipment as required.

Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and manage stock movements.

Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies to facilitate the movement of goods.

Perform picking and packing duties to fulfill customer orders accurately.

Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.

Assist with inventory counts and audits as needed.

Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and address any operational issues.

Manually unload floor loaded ocean containers. Lifting is required.
Skills

Previous experience in warehouse operations or as a Warehouse Supervisor is preferred.

Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.

Strong mechanical knowledge for operating various equipment safely.

Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly throughout the shift.

Proficient in using equipment such as cranes, cherry pickers, and reach trucks.

Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
