Responsibilities
- Develop detailed construction documentation and schematics using advanced CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, MicroStation, and SolidWorks.
- Support system design efforts across various disciplines including mechanical, electrical, and interior design through precise drafting and modeling.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop construction details that meet technical standards and client specifications.
Skills
- Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, MicroStation, SolidWorks, Rhino 3D, Grasshopper 3D, SketchUp, Bluebeam, and 3ds Max.
- Strong experience with 3D modeling software and building information modeling (BIM) tools for accurate project visualization.
- Knowledge of construction detail documentation processes and construction experience for practical application on real-world projects.
