About Us
Stash Proof is a growing e-commerce portfolio company operating two consumer brands:
- Stash Proof — premium vacuum-seal bags and smell-proof storage products.
- Audio Icon — recording accessories and creator-focused products for musicians, podcasters, streamers, and content creators.
We operate a true omnichannel business, selling across Amazon, our Shopify direct-to-consumer (D2C) storefronts, and Walmart. This is a senior seat: you will work directly with ownership to set and execute growth strategy across every channel while keeping day-to-day operations tight.
Position Overview
As our Senior E-Commerce Growth and Operations Specialist, you are the senior operator and growth driver across Amazon, Shopify (D2C), and Walmart. You own the health of our marketplaces and storefronts and you drive measurable, profitable growth — not just activity. You will lead advertising performance, D2C growth, conversion optimization, customer retention, inventory planning, creative execution, and the reporting that tells ownership what is working and what to do next.
You will manage these channels as one connected omnichannel system — consistent listings, inventory, pricing visibility, and customer experience across Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart — while treating profitable D2C growth as a core priority. You bring both the strategic judgment to decide where to push and the hands-on ability to execute it, including your own creative and reporting.
Strategic decisions such as purchasing, pricing, vendor relationships, and major product launches remain with ownership. You provide the strategy, execution, analysis, and recommendations that drive those decisions — and you own the outcomes on the channels you run.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Paid Media
- Own paid acquisition strategy and execution across Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display), Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Manage to profitability, not just spend — improve ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, and blended marketing efficiency (MER) while scaling revenue.
- Build and defend contribution margin: grow top-line without eroding per-unit profitability.
- Identify, launch, and scale new profitable channels and audiences as opportunities emerge.
Amazon Seller Central & Marketplace Management
- Operate and maintain Amazon Seller Central day-to-day — FBA inventory, listing health, suppressed listings, case logs, and account performance metrics.
- Maintain and improve listings, A+ Content, images, keywords, and product detail pages.
- Drive organic ranking and marketplace visibility alongside paid.
- Coordinate listing updates and product launches.
Shopify & Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Growth
- Own, optimize, and grow the Shopify D2C storefronts as a core revenue channel.
- Improve product pages, merchandising, conversion rate (CRO), and on-site experience.
- Build and run D2C promotions, bundles, landing pages, and launches.
- Grow D2C traffic, conversion, and average order value; keep product data, content, and pricing consistent across Shopify, Amazon, and Walmart.
CRM, Email & Customer Retention
- Build and optimize CRM systems, customer segments, and audiences.
- Develop and manage email and SMS marketing workflows.
- Drive retention and repeat-purchase, with particular focus on D2C lifetime value.
Creative & Marketing Execution
- Produce and edit marketing assets and product content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
- Create and update listing images, ad creative, packaging files, landing-page visuals, and promotional materials.
- Direct the visual and messaging consistency of both brands across all channels.
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare and present a weekly performance report covering:
- Sales by channel (Amazon, Shopify D2C, Walmart, wholesale when applicable).
- Amazon, Google, and Meta advertising performance — TACoS, ACoS, ROAS, MER, spend, and trends.
- Top and underperforming products; inventory risks, stockout threats, and replenishment timelines.
- Retention, email, and SMS performance.
- Key opportunities, concerns, and recommended action items.
- Monitor business KPIs and proactively surface risks and opportunities to ownership.
Inventory & Operations Coordination
- Lead inventory planning, forecasting, and replenishment across channels.
- Maintain projects, workflows, and documentation within our ERP/project system (Odoo or equivalent).
- Coordinate with the fulfillment/warehouse function to ensure listings, stock, and orders stay in sync.
- Improve systems, procedures, and internal workflows so they are repeatable and delegable.
Customer Experience
- Ensure professional, on-brand responses to customer inquiries across all channels.
- Support resolution of customer issues, returns, and reviews to protect brand reputation.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on e-commerce experience with documented, profit-oriented results (not lead-gen or service-industry marketing).
- Direct, senior-level experience operating Amazon Seller Central and FBA (inventory, listings, cases, account health).
- Proven omnichannel experience selling and managing products across multiple platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, or comparable).
- Demonstrated Shopify / D2C growth ownership — traffic, conversion, AOV, retention.
- Proven paid-media management across Amazon Ads, and Google and/or Meta Ads, managed to profitability.
- Hands-on creative ability in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
- Experience with CRM, email, and SMS marketing workflows.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills; fluent in the metrics that govern profitable growth (ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, MER, contribution margin, AOV, LTV).
- Comfortable working within Odoo or a similar ERP/project system.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and lead outcomes with minimal supervision.
- Reliable in-person attendance in Baldwin Park, CA.
Preferred Qualifications
- Walmart Marketplace experience.
- Experience with consumer-product, e-commerce, or lifestyle brands.
- Inventory forecasting and replenishment experience; vendor, supplier, and freight coordination.
- Basic web development (HTML, CSS, Shopify themes).
- Amazon product-launch and listing-optimization track record.

- Improve listing quality and accuracy across all channels.
- Deliver a clear, margin-positive plan to grow the Shopify D2C channel.
