We are seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our team! We are now recruiting for full time, part time and PRN opportunities working in the York County area in our Residential homes and Day programs. Day Program DSPs typical hours are 7:30am -3:30pm Monday - Friday. Residential DSPs typical hours are 4pm-12am and/or 12am-8am Monday-Friday and 8am -8pm or 8pm-8am Saturday and Sunday. Weekends are required for full time employees. Part time employees primarily work 12-hour shifts on weekends. PRN employees fill in as needed. Employees have the ability to make differences in people’s lives. Flexibility is required in hours and shifts. Responsibilities include assisting consumers with daily living activities, providing supervision and training to consumers to assist in meeting personal goals and providing a safe and healthy environment for consumers. Candidate must be able to communicate well and complete daily documentation to include use of electronic record keeping. High School Diploma, GED and valid driver’s license is required. Experience with developmental disabilities is preferred.
