## Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Copier/Printer Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing on-site maintenance and repairs for Lexmark and Kyocera devices.
## Duties
- Travel to client locations to perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on equipment
- Diagnose technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the technical support team to troubleshoot complex problems
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts, and service history
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and efficiently
## Skills
- Proficiency in IT, computer networking, and computer hardware
- Experience with hand tools and equipment repair
- Familiarity with reading schematics and OEM manuals
- Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repair tasks
- Previous experience in copier/printer field service or as a service technician is required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
