FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
The RN/ LVN provides care to residents that are unable to perform self-care or who require special assistance. The goal is to help residents maintain their maximum physical, mental and social well-being, and to provide effective pain management. The RN/LVN must possess the ability to help residents maintain active involvement in their daily lives, including working with them on activities of daily living.
Responsibilities:
- Arrange, deliver, and monitor nursing care to patients as ordered by doctors, based on the nursing process.
- Handle emergency situations.
- Treat wounds and sores.
- Work under the direction of other staff and physicians.
- Coordinate with doctors and other medical professionals.
- Manage treatment of patients and integration of their care.
- Provide emotional and psychological support to patients, families, and other nursing staff.

Salary: $23.00 per hour, negotiable
