Day-to-day, you will:
- Lead and supervise dog playgroups indoors and outdoors.
- Use rewards and kind management to guide behavior.

- Clean up messes, prep meals and enrichment, and share observations with the training team.
What it’s like to work here:
- We’re a small, owner-operated business, not a corporate chain.
- You’ll know the people you work for, and your ideas and observations will matter.

What you bring:
- At least a year of hands-on paid dog care experience, including comfort handling dogs of all sizes and doing physical work.
- Leadership experience, whether that’s in a previous job (preferred) or elsewhere in your life (sports, hobbies).
